All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent. Great experience dealing with Shawn (Kraun Electrician). He was punctual, professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He rates well above a five star review. I also requested and received a free estimate on the rewiring of my home. It is refreshing to have a young professional who worked diligently and completed the job perfectly.

Absolutely amazing, the most kind professional dental office I’ve been too. I’m a 6’4 240lbs man so it’s common for people to think the dentist doesn’t cause me to act like a 4 year old like most who have a fear of the dentist. All the staff in the office were so kind and put me completely at ease. Any discomfort was dealt with immediately and the whole experience was probably the best I’ve ever received at a dentist! ESPECIALLY IN NIAGARA, I’ll be moving to the GTA but returning for the clinic.

Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with. One of my favourite stops for something special! Excellent high quality meats! The cooked meals are very well done and tasty. The breads and sandwiches are also the best around. Very happy to have this business right here in Ridgeway!

We ordered a roll-up awning. A couple of years later, we had to have roof re-done. BM Awnings sent an installer out to help us take it down and then again to put it back up again. They were extremely helpful when we had to have a side curtain made, and also when I needed to remove the valance to clean it. This company offers above and beyond customer service! We have gone back to get chair seats made, too!

Maria is very professional and knowledgable, as she's been doing acupuncture for over 20 years and was a medical doctor in Poland... She is very polite and kind, very flexible with scheduling, and creates a comfortable atmosphere. She is sensitive to your needs and to your issues, and was a great introduction for me into the field of acupuncture.
