My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

I highly recommend this company. The service was so fast and efficient. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Our furnace broke during a cold snap and Alex came out the day we called. We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.

We visit Kelowna at least once a year and when we do, theres no better place for my wife and daughter to get their hair cut and coloured than with Jimmy at Cabella. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!
