GD Bookkeeping has been doing my books for a few years now. My company Manor House Realty and Rental Property Management is doing business in Vernon and Kelowna. Genevieve had never had a property manager as a client prior to myself. Within a few hours of discussing my needs and the needs of the Real Estate Council of BC we were ready for business. Great!! Understood everything I was trying to tell her, since it was so confusing to me. Very sympathetic and she knows whats going on on both sides of the picture. Helped me with phone calls and kept her cool when met with frustrating government bureaucracy. Helped me fill in forms and now I'm receiving what was long overdue, thanks to Val's help. Good to know someone is there to help and care.
