My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience!
