We had a great experience with CRS! Finishing our basement was something weve wanted to do since we purchased the house and we found CRS working on another house in our neighborhood. Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge.
