i think this store is one of the well kept store in the hamilton area,and I Have been in everyone of them the staffing is the problem in all of your stores most time there is know one in the front of the store i am sure you do have al lot of theft.i do have to wonder what happen to customer service.

My furnace was not working so I called and if someone come and look at it. They had the repairman here in less than 2 hours. The problem was solved and I am so happy with their service. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Luckily for us, I found this company. I spoke with Dave over the phone and he informed me that they could ship me a big crane I need overseas in Dominican Republic... They were very courteous and friendly too. I will definitely be using these guys to make keys for me in the future

Wayne and his crew were very professional and arrived on time and did a wonderful drive paving and extending my driveway. They cleaned up as well leaving no trace of asphalt. They did a wonderful job and will recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic service. I am a pretty needy customer, and Clint and the team accommodated me at every step. The end result was a fantastic drive and some much-needed help with the hardscaping. Great service with very nice waitress. My first time experiencing British pub fare so I didn't know what to expect. Nachos were quite good, and although the Steak & Mushroom pie was nothing like I expected (first time trying a non desert pie), it was still quite tasty. Great atmosphere and quick service. Would go back again & would recommend.
