I went in today because my check engine light was on and within a few short minutes, April had put my mind at ease. They are honest and will not get you to have services done that are not necessary. I have great respect for this shop. Tommy is loathe to fix things unless he is sure that it needs to be done. He has done many free inspections of cars/trucks I have looked at for purchase. In one case, he identified a vehicle that had been in a serious front end crash and accurately listed all of the repairs that had been performed. But what I like most about this place is that they have taught me lots about cars and their maintenance.

She will bend over backwards to help a customer in need. You could never ask for a better employee like Sharon. If I was able to rate Sharon I would give her a score of 30 as she has exceptional Customer Service to every customer that comes into this location.

Super impressed with the team at Fix Auto in Brooks. My vehicle was in an accident and required a lot of work to get it up and back on the road. They got my car in right away, were very friendly, called me weekly with updates and had my car finished and like new back to me in 13 days! A full week sooner than I was expecting even with the additional damages that were found when the panels were removed. The customer service and quality of work were impressive. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional, i went today for the first time, Easily the best i have been to. I have been to many before for serious neck injury. This guy knew his stuff and made an amazing difference. The office is nothing fancy but he charges very little. If you have serous injuries he is the guy to see!

I had my Toyota Corolla transmission checked by Kelly. Kelly was cordial, helpful and honest. He scanned my transmission and didnt even charge me while the other transmission place wanted $65 for the scan. He diagnosed the problem correctly and solved my issue. Thank You Kelly. Brought my car in with a busted pipe. They gave me two options to fix it and the price it would cost before they did any work. 45 mins later I was back on the road, good as new.
