Called looking for a belt for a standing vacuum which they didnt carry but the gentleman troubleshooted the problem and walked me through the steps to fix it on my own ... it worked like a charm. A selfless act of service. Will recommend.

While it doesn't seem that long, Mike at Crystalflow has been taking care of the extremely unusual water systems in our 175 year old heritage home in North Burlington for almost 10 years. This has included both installation of several pieces of new equipment and ongoing maintenance. After a poor experience with a previous company, I thank my lucky stars I found Crystalflow. Mike is knowledgeable, efficient and patient with our ineptitude. His prices are extremely fair and his customer service the best I have ever experienced in any supplier. Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. This was the ONLY one that asked whether we were OK or without water for the weekend. When they came on Monday, they repaired the problem.

I have been with this company for years and at 2 different addresses. They have always gone above and beyond - same day delivery, great hours, wonderful staff, great prices. I went online to check what is in their spring water. All levels great. I like it because they take responsibility when things are perfect too. Happy camper here.
