We have been a residential customer of Fresh Water for over 15 years. We recently had to have our water softener fixed, there were issues and Phil and his team had to return several times, text and call to eventually solve the problem and get our equipment up and running correctly. There were no added charges/fees. Customer service at its finest. We intend to be long time customers. Thank you Phil and team!

I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are. My system is amazing and if I ever need anything for have a question on how to reset it or clean filter they go through it all over the phone with me and we can always get through it without a service call! I have never had to spend a cent on this system since I got it 8 years ago! Y water is very hard and full of iron… my taps are not suffering anymore at all!!!

They honestly care about their customers because I took a look at their website and they didn't suggest the most expensive product but instead the product they honestly thought was the best! Excellent service. I needed to replace a broken U.V. Light ballast. They had the one I needed in stock,,,no one else did. I stocked up on water filters and U.V. Bulbs while I was there. We do business again.

I wanted to take a moment to write this review about the service I received from Gold Water Group. From the time I called to the time the installer came to put in our new water treatment system I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Each person was more than willing to help me and my husband with any issues we had. The young gentleman who came to our home was very polite and was not a pushy salesman. He spent over 2 hours with me and my husband and we appreciate his patience. Thank you
