I called Wise Water Interanational to install my RO machine. Incredible service. They responded right away, and gave me a reasonable price (compared with other businesses that I called). I brew teas constantly for my health, and the water is delicious and impacts the herbs positively.

I had a terrible limescale issue, dishes came out of the dishwasher milky, clothes were stiff, shower heads clogged. I saw them at the Lindsay homeshow and decided to give their product a try. Great service, they took the time to fully explain the product and how it works, showed up on time, did the install, and did a full check for signal at all my taps. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has hardwater or is looking to replace their salt water conditioner.

The technicians are experts in their field, there is no hidden cost, the prices are amazing and I get free replacement filters, which is a great deal. We have been a residential customer of Fresh Water for over 15 years. We recently had to have our water softener fixed, there were issues and Phil and his team had to return several times, text and call to eventually solve the problem and get our equipment up and running correctly. They honestly care about their customers because I took a look at their website and they didn't suggest the most expensive product but instead the product they honestly thought was the best! Ou used to be very hard and left deposits on our kettle that were hard to remove.
After we installed our new Kinetico water softener we replaced our kettle and now, over 2 yrs later, the inside of our kettle is as clean and shiny as the day we got it.
