I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Have to agree that Mervat is the best you can get in your pharma needs. And every single one of the staff all get 5 out of 5 in my books. Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. Have their mailbox service for a number of years, during this period they have always provided me with excellent service. I order online alot from Amazon and elsewhere, with the USP store I always get my packages which is very important to me.

Heard this one before: He`ll be there between 10am and 2pm. Wait! What? He`s here and it`s 11am! OK, he`ll assess the problem and come back with parts another day, right? WRONG! Water heater needed to be replaced, he had one with him and was done everything in 2hrs. Bet you didn`t see that coming...neither did I. A company where customer service means something again. Very impressed!
