Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. Both Michelle and Justin get an A+ for their customer service skills. I highly recommend this company if you have an appliance that needs to be serviced.

Ive watched this store grow bigger and bigger for the last 20 years plus. Under these current difficult times the staff, though strained and thinner does its best to help.Its clean enough for safety and well stocked. Unfortunately, like every other store in Orangeville, paper products are limited to none in a store that usually has everything...I recently ordered toilette paper and napkins online for pick up. You may have to wait a week to pick orders up or, can have them delivered...Carol T.
