The customer service was incredible. I went at peak time and the 2 people present at the time (a boy and a girl) tackled the rush enthusiastically. Many customers commented on their ability to help multiple people at once.

I was looking to get prices for business cards & brochures - so I stopped in at A&E Graphics. I was under the impression that this was mainly a printing place - but soon found out they were capable of almost anything. When I walked in I was surprised to see a showcase of the different work they produce - working with business's like the CN Tower to Durham Regional Police and the Blue jays! I ended up recieving a complete design for my business cards and brochures - and the quality of work was fantastic! Not to mention we worked out a price based on my budget! I would highly reccommend this small business because there is much more than meets the eye!

Regardless of the order, whether it's a rush order, or your usual order, Sam strives to make his customers the most satisfied. He is constantly available to for last minute orders and is always honest and ready to help. Once I made an order twice accidentally and knowing that I already made that order he reminded me, just so I didn't order more than I need, saving me money! Our business has been using Reliable Printing Pad for a number of years. The service is so personable. They hand deliver proofs and the turn around time is very fast.
