It's awesome and the owner always has a smile on his face Anything you buy here is worth whatever you pay for it. The management has cleaned up the building to the point where it is comfortable quiet and they are very flexible and will work with a tenant who is in need and is open to talk openly if needed. I have been here for 7 years and have no need or reason to want to move as what is needed a person can go to the management and they will do their best to help. Love the management and the piecefulness of the building.

Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. Happy with the service and outcome? You bet! Thank you Aptco!

Hanzel is wonderful and the owners aren't bad either, lol. Always friendly, helpful and good information. The store is set up really nice with plants,lights and the sound of water trickling in the background. Whatever we need is always in stock and affordable.

Excellent service, doesn't try to "up-sell" on things but rather takes an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach. Have had service done on furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing, and have been happy with it all.
