I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

Extremely pleased with the service I received at the HBC Fixt location. Everything was explained to me clearly and with no pressure tactics. Once I had decided to go ahead and have my phone opened to see why it wasnt charging, Richard, the tech, tried something else first. He used an air hose to check for dust. A huge piece popped out. We plugged in the phone, it worked perfectly. Richard even helped me with a few settings I wasnt sure of. Excellent service. No charge. Will definitely go back!

I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

I was scrambling when we got short notice to move my Mom from a Seniors’ Assisted Living Home into Long Term Care.Thankfully Move Seniors Lovingly’s name jumped out at me during a frantic google search. They were fabulous! From the packer to the movers, they were professional, respectful and compassionate. I was able to be with my Mom during transport and intake while they set up her new room.
