Yousef was out to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was able to free the clog using a snake. But he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He replaced several worn out drain parts and fixed some flaws in the original install of the sink drain. And super friendly and professional.

My husband and I contracted DC Basement and concrete to repair a broken sewer line and install a water jet back up sump pump. The work was completed professionally with attention to detail and our interests were at the forefront. We scheduled the job to coincide with my husbands vacation and the work was completed during that week as agreed.

It has been 1 year since the drywall was done in our newly built home. Nothing about our house is square. There are many angles, irregular corners and every room has something unique. We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.
