This is an amazing company. I reached out to them upon finding what I thought possibly could be carpenter ants. The lady asked me to email her a picture of what I had found. Upon doing this, she took the time to research and find out exactly what type of bug I had found. Her response time and emails back to me were quick. I was prepared to pay to have fumigation done if required. Above and beyond, honest and fabulous customer service! Highly recommend this company.

We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since. Good service, quick and reliable.

5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Mike made a special trip to Cochrane [at no additional cost to us] to supply us & some of our neighbours with bait stations. We recommend them as they offer various services at affordable prices. From the first call I made to the heat treatment to the follow up inspection... We Clean bedbugs was thorough, fast and professional. 100% discreet with unmarked vehicles. We had many company over last 2 years doing treatments in our 6 units building and problems were never solved.
