Excellent Service!!! Our Dental office had an issue of security when the back door lock would not work. Within a few minutes of calling Better Cut Keys for help they were at our office to offer help. Very politely he explained what happened to the lock and why. In less than 2 minutes he was able to fix the lock. He walked off leaving no bill and stating don't worry about it. WOW!! What a guy!!! Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. As it turned out, we actually found the key. The customer service and response time were AMAZING! Will definitely recommend!! Thanks!

One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Royal is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal to other companies. Dave
