phoned to get an electrician to install a ceiling fan and a light. Came within 2 hours. The fan I wanted installed had to be return. He said just call back tomorrow when you get the new fan and I install it. Great job, came back the next day took a bit to install and did a great job. Was friendly and very professional. Would recommend this company for any of your electrical needs.

Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. He is a great guy and I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I/we are forever grateful to him for meeting with us. What a beautiful little salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming! I had my hair coloured by Melissa, and what a treat! This is the best colour I've ever had! She delivered exactly what I wanted and was so fun to talk to!
Parking was surprisingly easy! I parked in the parkade straight through the building right across the street and it was only $4 all day! I recommend this salon to everyone!

We collaborated with mellem design on a customer experience project for several months (service design) - great communication, fun but very professional people and very nice to work with. Delivered on time and budget, we're happy, and so are our customers. It was a first time experience with a 'service design' firm (we didn't know this even existed). Very inspiring and friendly.

Service above and beyond, they serviced our fireplace in the off season, 6 months later a part malfunctioned,they came out within 6 hrs of phone call and fixed. Did not charge for service call and only charged for part. True professionals. DALE AND DIANE SAHALI TERRACE.

I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!
