Logan is a standup gentleman that says what he means and means what he says....Megan a very knowledgeable charming lady that helped us find the unit best suited for our application....the installation crew were on time, through and professional to the highest standards....no messes, took the time to go over the installed product with us and left us with very good feelings dealing with Fires Alive.....I highly recommend this outfit for your fireplace needs, awesome!

We had an opportunity to visit the show room for the first time and were quite well serviced. I believe Steve was our first contact, well we were so impressed we got our fire place serviced and a BARBQUE GAS was also purchased. The bbq was assembled, delivered the gas line hooked up. I would say this business understands service.
