Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.

I have had two dealings with this company, and both were excellent because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly.
