Val is the most amazing person doing alterations around! She completely changed my wedding dress to exactly what I wanted. She saw me multiple times and accommodated me as Im not from Kelowna. Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.

When a rock took out the windshield of my 1963 Corvette, the name Leading Edge Glass as a Vendor came up more than once. So, I made my initial phone call and spoke with Jayme. Having prior knowledge myself of the tricky nature of this install, I expected much Q&A and even a prelim inspection. However, having full confidence in her co-workers ability, Jamie simply ordered the glass and set an install date. When I arrived, Jay was prepared. His work: outstanding!!! Nothing beats experience.

Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

I just rang Mission Audio Visual, regarding my search for a turntable for my autistic son, although I new that Mission were very high end with great products they were above my budget! However Drew went out of his way to assist sending me an email with options at my budget and really going out of his way to help

Before seeing Dr.Larry I was getting shots for my pain. I a major back problem with arthritis and scoliosis the toes were numbing and the shots at the pain clinic were not working which meant that I would have to go on steroids or narcotics for pain. Not wanting to do narcotics I was looking for another way to help me. I have now been seeing Dr. Larry for 3 months and I have increased energy, am able to walk an hour or so without pain and am learning my limits.
I am mist pleased!!!
