Evan did a lot of extra work and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. He has a heavy duty lift truck and all the right machines to do the job professionally. They did excellent work on a very difficult job for us and I would hire them again.

Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.

I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. The auctions were organized entirely and with such volume to deal with I thought there would be some confusion, but to my delight, Rachael and her team rose to the occasion
