I was shocked at the amount of food you get. Breakfast special is 5.99 and the portion size is for a six foot five bodybuilder.

Toasted seafood on mozza/cheddar with bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato salt and pepper is like died and went to heaven. Great quick server, and her toasted suggestion was on par! 5 stars!!

Leona gives a wonderful reflexology treatment which always leaves me totally relaxed. The atmosphere is very calming and soothing with relaxation music playing. I like to have my treatments as regular maintenance and try to get there at least once a month. I believe reflexology to be a great complementary therapy .I would recommend Leona, and Star Energy Reflexology for her reflexology treatments.I can guarantee you will not be disappointed and you will go way feeling "soooooo good"!

I ordered a charcuterie platter for a treat for a Friday night for our family of four & this was by far the best charcuterie I have ever had. I'm not sure where they get their meat for the platters but it was incredible. We picked away at it on & off through a movie we watched & there was still lots left. It was almost too pretty to eat! It was on a board that we got to keep too! I'd definitely recommend getting a charcuterie board from them! Friendly staff too!

We go to the Second Cup on Rochdale every time we are in Regina for the last few years. There is this really sweet couple that own it and work there together. The atmosphere is really great and so is the customer service. I stopped by again a few weeks ago as we were passing through - I found out that the couple had actually sold the store - I was sad that they wouldn't be there anymore - and I am crossing my fingers that the new owner is just as personable.

I heard a lot about this place and was curious to try it out. It has a bit of a Moxie's/Earl's feel on a smaller scale. It was too cold sit on the patio but it looked quite nice. Inside is modern and the service was great. The drinks are extremely well priced, $4 for beer or wine, can't go wrong with that! People were raving about the Fish Burger which I thought was meidocre but my bf ordered the Kobe burger which was sooo declicious. A definite must try :)

Dr Kathleen Fyffe is amazing so caring first time we meet her she greats you with such a warm smile and always makes you feel so welcome and listened too. We came to her with a lot of issues and following her findings and what she said we needed to change, weve noticed improvement. My daughters hair is growing back , my migraines are pretty much gone. And shes not a ooh we fixed this now start all these new pills, we have only seen her 3 times She is about healing you, I would highly recommend
