Denise, KNOWS her stuff, she is thorough with her assessments and treatments utilizing every minute to focus on the client for a 1 on 1 appointment lasting usually 45 minutes (unlike other clinics that juggle several clients at once). Her knowledge base is excellent and up to date and she explains your injury in an easy to understand method. She collaborates with other health care professionals as needed to maximize your recovery. She has helped me more than anyone, and SHE REALLY CARES!

Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.
