Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

The only negative is its sometimes hard to book appointments because theyre so popular. I guess thats what happens when youre good. Loved using the legpress machine attached to bungee cords (sorry Andrea, Im sure I butchered the name of that piece of equipment!)

I am not a regular customer. I dropped I. To see if they could help me with a car problem.
They assisted me immediately, with care and kindness and when they couldn’t fix the problem themselves, referred me to someone who They thought could. They also would not let me pay for their time to take a good look. I dealt with Peter. He was solid and I am very grateful and impressed with their customer service.

I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.
