I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

This is the place I visited when I cam to Vancouver for the first time. In that sense, when I noticed people having a great time there, it always puts a smile on my face. This time, although it was quite busy as usual but my friends and I were seated promptly. Friendly server whose service was simply a top-notch. This place's got everything: a great atmosphere, something different from other run of the mill restaurants in town and also more importantly great food! This place is the perfect blend of bar and restaurant in the evenings which I easily enjoy most for the night out. Above all, their Bellini and French 75 are to die for!

My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck.
