Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. These pharmacists are incredibly professional and helpful. They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day. Really happy with their incredible knowledge and going the extra mile. I’ll be going there from now on as a result. I highly recommend.
