My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I had a problem with a waterline that Shawn came to quote on. Due to other commitments he was unable to take the job. After the quote Shawn returned later that day to mark out some underground service and he also want to look at the issue in more depth. Turned out Shand helped me find the issue and it did not require a big excavation as originally thought. Shawn's diligence and help saved me $$$. Shawn went above and beyond my expectations. Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!
