I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

phoned to get an electrician to install a ceiling fan and a light. Came within 2 hours. The fan I wanted installed had to be return. He said just call back tomorrow when you get the new fan and I install it. Great job, came back the next day took a bit to install and did a great job. Was friendly and very professional. Would recommend this company for any of your electrical needs.

After months of waiting (mostly) patiently for my husband to install our laundry sink, I contacted Proper Plumbing & Heating to get a quote to get my husband off the hook! Trevor came when he said he would, and came back the next day to finish it because my taps were missing a key piece, which he picked for me. His customer service is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! FYI, my husband was thrilled to have that crossed off his list!

A few years back I had these guys replace a gas furnace in one of my rentals. I was really impressed on how quickly they were able to get at it, how fast they did the job, and how affordable it was. What a beautiful little salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming! I had my hair coloured by Melissa, and what a treat! This is the best colour I've ever had! She delivered exactly what I wanted and was so fun to talk to!
Parking was surprisingly easy! I parked in the parkade straight through the building right across the street and it was only $4 all day! I recommend this salon to everyone!

Exceptional customer service! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get in to get my winter tires on and off during peak season when everywhere else was a two week wait!
