I purchased my 2013 Tacoma years ago from High River Toyota and continue to use them for maintenance. The service department employees are top notch, cordial and knowledgable. Most recently, my Tacoma was picked up from my home and I was left with a courtesy car while it was being serviced. My truck was returned the following evening. High River Toyota values both their customers and business and definitely practices the art of gratitude.

Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten.

Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. Prompt service identifying and fixing the problem associated with the furnace quickly. I had another company very recently for the same problem not even looking at the furnace and quoting an absurd fee for work that was not even necessary.I would certainly recommend Bow Valley 24/7 plumbing and heating to anyone.

5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Mike made a special trip to Cochrane [at no additional cost to us] to supply us & some of our neighbours with bait stations. We recommend them as they offer various services at affordable prices.
