I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.

While backing my boat into my garage earlier this month, I caught and ripped off the weather strip from our garage door. Although we live out in the county, the manager of Well Hung Door sent a technician out to our house within two days. The technician arrived at the appointed time, installed the new weather strip, and adjusted and lubricated the doors for us, all at a more than reasonable price. Great company, management and technician!!

Good service. This company comes quickly, provides good service. The garage doors are always working well after they come. They have a 1 year warranty on the repairs.
They always come when they say they come, if they have to reschedule, they notify you. The tech usually comes earlier than expected.
I would highly recommend this business.

This was the worst experience ever I called Thursday to get a quote tried to charge me way more then necessary then after telling him what I was quoted through someone else gave me a better price then tried to charge me 25$ on my credit card to hold my booking then arriving for said appointment to find out the person then lost my info and that I wasn't going to get my replacement done but I could booking for another day or go elsewhere needless to say never going back and would recommend the same for anyone else
