Everyone at the clinic is great. Very kind and accommodating staff. I was nervous about having chiropractic treatments done, but really needed relief for my back. Dr. Cruickshank was very patient and explained everything to me and before trying different maneuvers she always made sure to ask me if I was comfortable to proceed.

I've been going to A Natural Alternative for over 15 years. I started treatments with Ann Starr for a shoulder injury and have never gone anywhere else. Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

My daughter just started ballet at bojangles it's such a warm welcoming atmosphere when you walk through the doors the staff there are lovely and everyone seems to have so much fun my daughter loves it and her teacher miss Melanie is fantastic so lovely and enthusiastic my daughter loves her she's made a real impression on her the way she teaches my daughters age group is so age appropriate they act like little princesses I enjoy my self almost as much as my daughter bojangles is definatly 5*
