Flower arrangements and plants are always exactly what I am looking for. Julie (the owner) and her assistant are friendly, knowledgable, and willing to make suggestions to help in getting just the right gift for my friends and family. It is a wonderful experience whether shopping in the store or by phone. We are so fortunate to have "The Flower Shop and More" in our town, St. Marys.

They went out of their way to make the bouquet beautiful when a flower they received did not meet their expectations. WOW! I was so impressed with the care with which they handled our order. We rarely see this level of care and service anymore.

I have been using this Florist for many years. I live in BC and my Mother lives in Mossley. For Mothers's Day, Birthdays and other times of the year they are perfect for delivering flowers to my mum. Their service is excellent, flowers are always fresh and perfect and delivery is always as promised. They do appear to very busy at times and a little short in the way they talk to you and also somewhat pricey. However, if you want good product and service you have to pay for it. Highly recommend.
