This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.

I've been renting from Joe for about 18 months now.
One of the top "honest car guys" I've ever dealt with.
He takes great care of his rental cars and his customers.
He's also a full auto repair shop and sells used vehicles if you're looking to buy.
And he runs Star Car Detailing a business close to me in Mississauga, my daughter had her car done at a really low price and a great job.

Professional helpful and friendly staff. Cars were in immaculate condition. The rates were more than fair and the gas i spent was less than i expected. Will most definitely be renting from them again. Rachel gave me a lift home and the manager offered me a slight discount for a short wait time while they got the oil changed for me before i left. Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring such an amazing individual and thanks to Gabe for making a horrible situation a positive one.

Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. Paul and Michael made the process very easy and smooth. Thank you for the great experience. Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right car rental agency as I needed to rent a car for a trip to Quebec City. I've rented from other places but this is the best: the people are the nicest, the car selection is great, the service is fast and efficient.
