First of all, I had the pleasure of being helped by Annie to find the perfect dress for my party and she worked with me for over 2 hours and gave me her honest input until we found the one. The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.
