I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean. When I called them first, Robert asked do you need any parts or services urgently? There was humanity over money and greed in his voice. He later on educated me, gave me very competitive price.
