Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great .
