Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. Cujo and Matt were great! at -20 and the furnace does't work you appreciate a fast response and an honest assessment! Fixed it fast and will be looking for a new furnace shortly to replace the 15 yr old they got up and running.
