I am with them for 16 years and would not change my dental health provider! They are very professional yet friendly and you feel that they really care for you not only as a patient but as a person as well. Wonderful people, great care. A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer. Booking with Karen was easy. She listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal out there. This was our first time in Mexico. We stayed at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, the resort was nice, food selection was great, lots of ala carte. The animals were fun to see and learn about. Beach and pool was nice. We enjoyed our time. Next time we book itll be somewhere with more pools and less walking and we fully trust Karen to help us book our next trip where ever that will be.
