We searched the internet for Mortgage Brokers and found Centum Mavin Lending. We had heard good things about Centum before. Working with Leslie Fallaise was perfect for us. She explained our options, discussed our credit scores in relation to our mortgage application and really took the time to answer all of our questions. In our case, she charged us a broker fee which we did not mind paying. She keeps in touch with us and now we are ready to be approved by our bank, Leslie is still working on this for us and this time there is no fee. If we keep practicing what we've been shown, we'll have our mortgage paid off sooner than we ever thought PLUS we now know how to keep and excellent credit report. We have relied on her and she really has come through. We highly recommend Leslie Fallaise.
