I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Final bill - under $100 for everything

This is a fantastic business that has been around for a while. They specialize in high quality work on diesel motors. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I have enjoyed doing business here for many years. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and highly skilled mechanics. Andrew really knows what he is doing, you wont find a better automotive shop anywhere.

My son locked his keys in his car and I am over an hour away. He answered right away, assured me he could be there shortly, gave me a time frame and was even there a bit earlier and get him unlocked in no time. Highly recommend!

We had minor fender damage on our Lexus RX 350.
I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.

I have worked here for over a yr And I love it. Sure it's a dirty place but so what it washes off. The jobs arenot difficult. They treat their employees well and the employees are awesome. Best job I have ever had.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Wonderful Customer Service attitude! I was stuck Saturday with a car I couldn't move and they made a House Call to get me back on the road for important Monday appointments. They are Aces in my book!

You must travel just outside of Mitchell, to find a friendly, and honest shop like this one. This is sad about the shops in Mitchell, but very true.
