I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Final bill - under $100 for everything

We had minor fender damage on our Lexus RX 350.
I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.

I have worked here for over a yr And I love it. Sure it's a dirty place but so what it washes off. The jobs arenot difficult. They treat their employees well and the employees are awesome. Best job I have ever had.

It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. I couldn’t have put myself in better hands than that of Dr. Alan and his caring team.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
