Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. The whole process was so easy and effortless. He really went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend

Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I would highly recommend him to local residents and Okanagan visitors alike.

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. recently had some garage door issues and contacted Canada West Garage Doors. Chad came out within the same day and fix my garage door. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was decent. He went that extra mile to explain what the issue was and made sure all parts were lubed and working to its proper state. My garage door works and sounds like a brand new door. If not for the wonderful people at Craftsman Collision I would’ve paid out of pocket for my Nissan bumper replacement. Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.
