These guys are great! They give you an estimate with the amount and I’ve never paid more, most time that said amount and couple times less. I like that they give you the quote and then it’s your decision to say Yes or No.

had a flat tire on our rv , they were very booked up, but allowed me to us their floor jack, and so i removed the tire myself, they repaired the flat for free !

My beloved 2010 Jetta had an unfortunate impact with a deer this spring. I've never had to have body work done so I wasn't sure who did good work in my area. Through word of mouth I narrowed it down to two locations, Kootenay Autobody in Fruitvale, BC being one of them that others recommended. I am very glad I listened to others recommendations, Kootenay Autobody did an outstanding job! From restoring perfect lines, to matching the paint perfectly as well. BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!

Ron & his guys run a very busy company but he always made time to address our concerns, even while on another job. Dahl did a major install of gas (from electric) furnace & hot water, as well as a few side jobs that needed a plumbers / gasfitters attention. They were all very courteous, professional, and accommodating of our special requests. Highly recommend these guys if you need a job well done by a great crew.

Curlew's Refrigeration installed a water heater, a furnace and an air exchange in my house. He provided excellent advice on the best options for my needs, was aware of all rebates available and ensured I received them. Although I have only had a few dealings with this company I found them to be very fair and treated me with the upmost of respect and consideration. They clearly discuss with you what they are going to do and I have found that the final bills have been more than fair, As far as I am concerned I would not consider taking any of my units to anyone else.

We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.
