I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.

3rd time coming here for exhaust work. Hands down best service around. These guys do quality work and are very reasonable. They will even bring you into their shop and let you hear different exhaust setups before they install anything. Ali is the man when it comes to exhaust work. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch!
