We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.
