Last Aug 2025 I applied for the MAiD program because I was in such sever pain that I was unable to handle anymore. I was taking pain medication every hour not the 4 hours which was recommend. I have been seeing Dr James for 7 months now and I have cancelled the MAiD application. I walk, swim, camp, fish. I have my life back. I will be forever grateful. I am getting healthy thanks to Dr. James Whittans at Lifeworks family chiropractor office. Thanks SHYAN D.

My son injuried himself in hockey we were so impressed with Dr Thomson. He took xrays before and after the first adjustment. He didn't just get him moving that day by the 4th visit he had him moving normal and painfree. The Nucca method is unique and I must say he has restored my faith in chlropractic work. I highly recommend this clinic!!

My 6YO son thought the hygenist, Sasha was really cool and he was stoked when she told him he has his first wiggly tooth. As his mom, I am very happy with the level of professionalism mixed with fun at that office from everyone there. A really great dental office!

By far the most thorough, best eye examination I've ever had. Dr. Zack took all the necessary time to ensure the prescription for my reading glasses was perfect and it is... my near vision hasn't been this good since my early 20's. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic...!!

I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

We recently visited Banff and required some emergency dental service. This clinic was especially kind and helpful and had the problem with a broken ortho wire in my son’s friends mouth quickly rectified. I am a retired nurse and have been under John's care for many years. He has been an integral part of my health care team. In 2006 I was out for a walk and was hit by a car. My injuries were extensive. John worked with me in a professional, knowledgable and caring manner to help me in regaining my mobility and range of motion prior to and after each surgery I required.
