I have been dealing with SWB for several years. They are very friendly and competent people. They take the time to explain my policies and coverages available. There is never any pressure,just complete and honest advice. When I started with them it was just car insurance. Now they handle insurance needs for me, my family and my business. They are local, I have got to know them and them me and it makes me feel good to do business with local people, not a call centre in goodness knows where.

I agree with the above mentioned statement, Jim was definitely not easy to talk to. I've been a customer for over 20 years and Pat has always been great to deal with. He gives you fast friendly service and when your talking to him you feel that you had a chat with your best friend. Keep up the great work PAT!!!!

Great and Honest Advisor. They do a brief Financial Needs Analysis of how much I can can afford for my insurance, and plan for my retirement. They have all financial products that you need for yourself and family. I definitely recommend this office.

Anna and her team at Arton are so vested in providing you with the best service and the best price to meet your needs. They took the time to explain to me the various aspects of my car and house policy coverages and were patient with my numerous questions. They also did up travel insurance for me at the last minute when I went to Europe. I was treated like a person and not just a number. Upfront people with no gimmicks. Highly recommend Arton!
