If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I cant say enough good things about all the staff here. They take the time to listen and help you manage your care. Ive been a patient when I was pregnant with my third child and have since sustained a concussion. I never feel like Im just a number and am treated with respect, care and emphathy. I have been seeing Julie for my massage treatments for years now. I can honestly say that if I had not continued to see her I would not be as mobile and pain free as I am now. I have had treatments from other therapists sporatically over the years, and none of them are near as good as is.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target.
